Company carries fake perfumes. I have never seen a company so mismanaged in their return policies and very openly capable of selling branded fake perfumes. I ordered two of my adored perfumes from this store for the first time instead of buying it from a duty free as ecommerce is largely picking up and I am an online shopper without doubting the product quality as these days online is the way to go. To my surprise the perfumes I ordered from them were absolutely fake. I complained to their CS executive (Mohit) and he promised to replace these products and said he will be sending me the new perfumes and getting the old perfumes collected. I have been following with him every now and then to remind him and again getting fake hopes that we will get it picked etc from your house on Tuesday. Many Tuesdays have passed and no one has showed up. Today again I followed up an he said he doesn't have a courier service that caters to my house. Very surprising as while delivery could be made to my place, pick up could not be arranged. Do these stupid small companies think they can survive like this? I need a refund to be processed immediately and if they need the products to be picked then they can get it arranged. Below are the emails attached from Mohit that clearly shows his promises and at the end telling me only to send him back the perfumes. We have scheduled Pick up twice, seems like the courier guys dont have Pick up Facility for your Locality. I would request you to send back on below address, we will cover the Shipping Charges Upto INR 120. --- 1. Pack it in a Box with Bubble Wraps as Received By You from Unboxed.in 2. Before catering to the Indian audience, Unboxed.in should realize that everyone these days is well traveled and uses perfumes. It is easy to catch a fake in the market...shame on you Unboxed.in

I bought 3 perfumes from unboxed.in during the month of March 2016 ( order no. 998387 ). I unfortunately presented one perfume ( even before using the other two that I had purchased for myself ).
The bottle of the other two looked genuine, but once I wore them, I knew they were absolute fakes. I could immediately compare one of the perfume with an original that I had ( and which was nearly getting empty, and therefore I had ordered the new bottle ) - it was a fake. The other one is so dilute, that it hardly performs half an hour of wearing it.
I did not bother to reach out to the company, as I realised that I had been duped and there was no point in wasting time pursuing the company for a refund ( as they were total frauds and I was sure that they would not bother ).
If the company reaches out to me, I will do the needful to return the units I possess for a refund / or a replacement with a genuine product.

I bought 4000 INR perfume for 1800 INR from UnBoxed.in and when i saw bottle i thought i got the genuine product but when i just opened the cap i realized how badly and smartly i was cheated. Product is fake. Never ever buy from UnBoxed.in

Thank you Mohit for your concern, I appreciate your turnaround and as per the telephonic talk i look forward to receive replacement product.
My issue is shorted out. I would like to thank the owner of Mr. Mohit who immediately called me after reading my earlier feedback and without asking any question he sent me a replacement very next day. And the replacement product i received is genuine.
I got in touch with the company. Mohit coordinated and resolved the issue by arranging for a pick up ( return ) of the perfumes. He interacted with me to identify the replacement and then had it sent.

I bought 2 bottles and both are fake. The smell wont last for an hour and I can see particles floating inside. Never will I suggest unboxed.in to anyone
I Use perfumes from 8 years and buy 3-5 new perfumes a month.
i have been regular buyer at flipkart, snapdeal, amazon. 3 major sites in India.
the chances of getting a fake in India is equal on all sites, unboxed.in is not an exception
Unlike others this site charges reasonably well as per international rates whereas other sites are almost 2x
i have bought 8 perfumes and had issue with one that also physical bottle ..perfume was perfect.
juice was good so i kept and never bothered returning, as i never had a situation to return a perfume I cant say about returns as lady above mentions.
what i have learnt is these guy keep original perfumes with physical defect(Like damaged boxes, scratches, worn out lable) which in luxury segment are not acceptable(Imagine a Dented box perfume being sold at a mall),
as these cant be sold in retail, it has to come online and site Unboxed.in is the best suited.
I have communicated with them., staff seems helpful and totally Legit.
These guys are best to buy perfumes if you care for only the juice and not about boxes. And ofcourse save a hell lot of money.
I Recommend unboxed.in 100% as a rupee save is rupee earned ...at the end its aroma which you smell.

DATED = 14/06/2017 I have ordered 2 perfumes ARMANI & LACOST for RUPEES=4000 and i received the fake products. the colour of juice is not as original both are fake it smell just for 5 minutes. even lacost smells like chemical . i use perfumes daily . i[censored] sell fake products how can i buy next time with your site brother reply me.

Ordered 3 products till dated did not get any positive replay from the team, prepaid Rs.4800/-, passed 7th day, still nobody turned out, no information even after contacting the customer care.
Bought three perfumes from Unboxed.in and all are fake. Two of them smell bad and the third one doesn't last for even an hour. The free tester they sent with it is the worst thing I have ever smelt. I have been calling them for last 5 days but no is answering the number given on the site. Have sent messages as well no response. Could someone please share any other contact number if they have?
The only reason i give 1 star is because there is no zero. Very unprofessional and fake products. i received even a damaged fake and after raising a refund request no one has responded. Stay away from this scam!!! anyone giving high ratings here is presumably paid to do so.
Guys please be aware unboxed.in is total fake n they are selling fake products sometimes they don't return your refund as well n suddenly they will stop receiving calls. Please dont waste your hard earned money stay away n purchase from shop only.. zerooooo rating
Saurabh khatri and a girl who is working with him or a partner in crime they both talk very nicely on first call but after tha if you understood that they are fake then immediately they start avoiding your calls. They are not returning my money n my asking them but even they have not delivered my perfume. Moey paid on 6th oct n till date they haven't delivered nor refunded my money..

i had ordered a perfume on unboxed yesterday, and was guided to make the payment through payUmoney. i did that and then the screen hanged without going forward to give me the order number details. when i called the contact number i got answered by one ms tanisha, who asked me to send the payment reference number and details. i sent the details by sms to the same number as she asked. then called her. she answered and said she did not receive the sms though i got a delivered message at my end, and gave me a whatsapp number to send the details. i sent the details both oon that whatsapp number.
all this was yesterday. till now i find that the whasapp number has not been opened for the messages to get delivered, nor seen by anyone on their side.
after sending the whasapp i have been calling the number, but from then on it has been ringing though and no body has been answering... it has been 24 hours now and i must have called atleast one dozen times if not more...
i had bought a perfume earlier from them, that time the ordered product got delivered but the bottle looked very old, and the dolce & gabbana name was more than half erased, gone..! still the smell was ok. so i was encouraged to order this time, and this time i wanted to be safe and ordered the retail pack, which is supposed to be in tact packing..., and i have been having this experience so far...!!
all this is making me wonder about their reliability and genuineness. let us see...
