Dear team
This is to inform you that I visited viman nagar service center on Friday the 11th of Sep 2020. My charging cable is faulty and the same was shown to your staff there in service center.
I informed the staff that I face intermediate problem and at times the cable does not work.
While during the inspection by your staff the cable did not work and she cleaned the cable tip with something and assured me that it will work from now on. However, I told her that I have done this several times myself post my char with Apple support but the problem is intermediate and It might come back.
Anyhow, as the staff was not ready to listen to me and she was adamant that it should work now, I had no option but to come back.
Now again the wire is not charging my mobile, and I feel I am befooled by your staff and wasted my time going to your store in this sensitive time. Moreover the way your staff was talking can not be considered on polite side.
Hence, in nutshell kindly inform me what should I do with this wire and where I can make proper complaint about this incidence.
