[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Activation of vas without confirmation from consumer | |||||
Sir i customer of telenor mobile service provider having mobile [protected] in andhra pradesh visakhapatnam 530018. On 12 may i received a sms from the company that you have successfully renewed cricket alert alerts service. This service is not activated by me before and company renewed cutting subscription of 30 rupees for 30 days. Even not given intimation about my balance is reduced. On 14 may i checked my inbox that time i noticed some vas is renewed and called to customer care to stop the vas and return my money. The customer service rep told me that already 24 hrs are over after activation i will stop the service but your money will not get money back. I also tell customer service rep to change my ivr language to hindi so that when i call i will understand the language. As company is sending various massage daily basis it was not possible to see all the massages that what is activated and what is deactivated company should call the customer. On 15 may i got call from [protected] i received a call.In telgu somebody is said something and my 30 rupees is cut and got massage that you start the cricket alert service. Thus company is looting consumers money. So it is my request that my money of previous that is on 12 may activation to be get back and company should follow some guide lines to activate the this vas to taking customer in confidence.
