Uninor / Telenor — against the promised 28 days talk time only 7 days talk time is provided

My telenor mobile no is [protected]. My previous cash recharges are rs 94 in march and rs94 on 1st april. The march recharge gave 28 days unlimited talk time. The 1st april recharge gave wrongly 7 days unlimited talk time against the offer of 28 days. My complaint on 8th april for 28 days talk time gave me irrelevant responses with out giving my 28 days talk time. Additionally my *111# is barred with a reply that "request failed" please provide full 28 days free talk time. Dr ssn murty
