By dialing *234# i checked offer recharge with 10 get rs 30 talk time. I recharged same day but i have get 10 rs balance. I call to customer care they telling u will get after 48 hrs. But i have not get extra benefits yet.
Pls check and solve this. No is [protected]
And alternative no is [protected]
Date of recharge is 19 nov 2016.

I have face same problem on same number before three times also

Updated by gagan dhiman 77 Now customer care executive telling u have no offer this type.if I have no offer this type why show offer this by dialing *234#.
They want to make foolish their customers

I belong from Kanpur Dehat Utaar Pradesh East Pin Code- 209304, There are no good signal strength some times its also totally gone please resolve this problem the problem seems alternately after some days the network is not received by mobiles .
