Dear sir, I am a very old and regular customer of telenor. My mobile no is [protected]. I am using this number since 2014 regularly. But this sim has been closed by your end without giving valid reason and you did not give me any notice or notification. This no is very important for me. When i call uninor care the said your provided document has been expired please go to uninor store and submit your document. When i go to telenor store he said your number has been permanently closed by company. What is this how do you do this without any valid reson. My number is always on and full of balance and validity then why you close my number. It has illegal activity done by you. Without any valid reson you can't close any dim service. It's is against the rules of telecom regulatory authority of india. I extremely request to you please activate my number as early as possible because this number is very important for me. I don't know why but from last two night around 2 am some VAS plan has activated with 5 rs deduction. I tried to stop that plan using *121# but it shows no VAS is activated. I lost my balance because of this. I don't know why any VAS plan activat e middle of the night .
