Uninor / Telenor — money deduction | |||||
I am getting unecessary calls from telenor saying you can press 9 to avtivate the service. Even if you dont press any button and end your call the money gets deducted from your account and it happened 3 times with me and i am unable to deactivate the services as i am unable to get connected to customer service. As soon as you press 9 to speak to customer service your call gets disconnect. When you call service numbers to deactivate the service it says thank you and call gets disconnect and no progress. I m fedup of this money deduction and have no other option to leave this pathetic network. Was this information helpful? | |||||
