Uninor / Telenor — My number seems expired

Hi team,

I have gone to on-site for about 3.5 months, I just came back and found my number is expired, I need to activate my number, I have called 121 regarding the same from other number and they said it will be activated by 24 hour after verification of my birth date and other details, yet not activated, the telenor store representative are not responding positively, kindly help
