Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a Telenor customer . I have received a message on[protected] at 11:18:07 am regarding the activation of sports unlimited service to my mobile number:[protected] and it charged RS.15.I also sent a message to toll free number:155223, but the reply from the toll free number is"NO value added service activated on your number". I request you to take the action immediately and deactivate sports unlimited service which is added to my mobile number.
