Uninor / Telenor — sim card deactivated without prior information | |||||
I lost my mobile and after two months went to a telenor store to get back my sim card submmited a proof and paid sim charges got my sim back when i tried to recharge its not getting recharegd so till the time i reached the store they were telling that its been three months and your sim is deactivated though i actvated in two months on the other hand airtel sim which was lost in the same mobile at same time they activated my airtel number after 3mnths into postpaid but these telenor isnt giving my number back when i went to headoffice and xplained my problem they said they we cal mee in 15days bt nt recieved any Was this information helpful? | |||||
