Few days earlier i recharge my mobile from net banking app and for surprise, the transaction was reported failed.
I reported bank and they claimed it was service provider mistake

I have the transaction number as well

Ref no. M[protected], sum of 30rs failed
Ref no. M[protected], sum of 19rs failed

Sim not working & not showing signal. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

I am not receiving any incoming calls on my telenor no. [protected] from last 10 days. Inspite of having full network for telenor no., Call is not connected saying no. is either out of coverage area or it is switched off.

Alternate no. for contact-[protected]

Kindly do the necessary at earliest.
