Union Bank Fastag — Toll deducted at unknown toll plaza from my account

On 18th September 2020 evening, I got messages twice informing me about 2 toll payments amounting to Rs 220/-(Rs 110/- each) from arjunalli toll plaza where I had not commuted.It was informed immediately to the customer care centre.My vehicle was infact parked in my building premises the whole day which is in mira road, Thane district.I have my gps installed to prove the same.On giving a complain the same eve, I was told by the customercare that it will take 14 days to get the refund back then couple of days later they advised me that it would take 33 days to investigate and send the return but I see nothing has been done so far.kindly look into the matter
