This is to inform you that i got transfer money from HDFC credit card in digipurse wallet with Rs. 5000 by 17/01/2018. 24 hours later i was trying to transfer in my other saving account it was not transferred. because of RBI Guideline . then i came to know about this issue. then your customer care representative told me about RBI Guideline. and he suggest me that if you can not afford this respected money for online shopping or pay your bill etc. you suite a mail([protected]@unionbankofindia.com, [protected]@unionbankofindia.com) and request for get back your whole money in debited account means HDFC Credit card.
