Sir I paid my daughter's 2nd quarter fees by online but it was refunded. Again I paid on 16th of July with fine of rupees 5 still my fees receipt not generated I can't print the fees receipt now it shows fine of 10 rupees what is the remedy for this problem why should I pay fine I paid in advance still it shows rupees 10 fine it's not my fault why should I pay fine please resolve my problem Thanks

I am union bank of india customer & my account no. is [protected]. I had payment axis bank account on date of 09/06/2018 amount of 2000. This amount deduct on my account but not transferred axis bank account. I complaint union bank customer care on the date of 12/06/2018 & complaint no. is[protected]. but bank not refund my amount till today.
I have paid Rs2400/- through SBI debit card for 2nd quarter due of my ward Anurag Tirkey class -X uid- [protected] on 13.07.2018, but the status has not been updated till yet. The said amount debited from my account, the payment is done but the fees is not submitted yet. Kindly look in to the matter & provide a copy of receipt and oblige.
