Union Bank Of India — Cash transfer from bank to Paytm but not credited to paytm

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have saving account with your bank as below :

Account No. : [protected]
Account Holder Name : Manoj C. Rewale

I used facility of Paytm transfer on same account on 25.12.2016 for Rs. 15000, But still the balance transfer not done in Paytm account.

Firstly i visited to Home branch in dombivali and registered complaint for the same.
Complaint No. 19581868

Also i contact to customer care as mentioned below :

I have to pay my credit card bill also i have need to pay interest due to same issue.

I lost my all acount kit I have only an ATM and I want to change my mobile no so can pliz help me for this
Student I'd no-[protected] student name Manan Parmar, kV school fees paid online for quarter apr-jun, jul-sep, oct-dec-2016 and jan-mar-2017, but fees receipt not print or no found till date.
