Union Bank Of India — Complain to get my money refund in my account | |||||
Hi I am a. Venkata ranga teja. I am writing this complaint to get my money refund in my account. On 30/03/2017 i applied for the passport seva to get my passport. I booked the online slot and tried to pay the money of rs-1512 from my union bank account number:[protected]. The transaction was failed. But i got a message that money was debited from my account. So i locked a complaint on 06/04/2017 with the complaint number 21547348 to the union bank customer care to give the refund of my money. As it was one month to till date i didn't my money back. I had came in contact with the customer care members so many times but i am only getting "you should wait for 30 working days" as answer. So i request you to kindly refund my money back in my account as quickly as possible. Name:a.
