Hello Sir/Madam, Myself Preetusha Mohan Patne, Educational LOAN holder at union bank of India, Gulbarga branch. I have applied for international educational LOAN at union bank in june 2015, i am doing my masters at San Jose State University, San Jose, California, 95110. Gulbarga branch office tortures us before transferring my tuition amount to my college as well as troubles us to core before transferring the living expense to us.Is there any way to figure out how to end this #### we are put into each time during my fee payment!
