Union Bank Of India — complaint about money lost through atm

I am saving a/c holder in your bank (A/c no.-[protected]) gujaini branch kanpur. I was using punjab & sind bank's atm located at govind nagar at 12:55pm to withdraw rs.3000 from my a/c. But sunddenly i have received receipt with transaction decline written in it.in reality, i had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my a/c summary online also. It is also showing a debit of rs.3000. I made this complaint in my bank but i could not get any response from there. He used to say to me every day, day after day after one month, i have been doing this for six to seven monthe today, i have become very upset, plz take some action from your bank;s staff.
