I am shyamal, was to issue an e-ticket for the train no. 12364 on 25.04.2017 for journey on 30.04.2017 from new jalpaiguri to kolkata for which the fare was shown as tranferred rs. 21150 to irctc account against paytm mobile sol/61191840/train but, the irctc has shown as transaction failed and ticket has not been issued. My account no. Is [protected] and ifsc ubin0554812. Kindly arrage for making the amount credited to my account as early as possible.
