Union Bank Of India — Deduct money from account but not get from atm.

I tried to draw money from andhra atm no.[protected] in hisar 125001 haryana.. I did not get moneyfrom atm but this same money deduct from my account. I complained in hisar union bank manager he said the money should be refund in one week. Also but i donot get money till now... I am very disappointed from union bank service.
