Union Bank Of India — failed online transaction | |
Hi, on 27/12/2018 at 1:41pm i made a transaction of 1000 rupees by using debit card at merchant website (Paytm) but somehow transaction was failed and money is deducted from my account i've lodge a online complaint 2 times and sent you 3 mails but i didn't got any single reply please refund my amount as soon as possible . Transaction id - s13503492 Account no - [protected] Amount - 1000

Hi, if the transaction of credit card is denied/failed, bank is only responsible to make reverse entries if any & how bank is debited to account if transaction is failed?, however if amount is debited, you may approach paytm ccare also for needful action.
