Union Bank Of India — failed payment deducted

Dear sir,
My name ashwani kumar, i have a bank account in ubi.
My account no is [protected]. My account is in the mall road solan branch of himachal pradesh.
Sir i have done an upi payment on 2oct 2018 of 2700rs
Due to wrong ifsc payment is declined.
So i had attempted payment again.
But somehow payment of 2700 is deducted twice
I am sending that screen shot of declined payment
Pls find that attachment and reverse my 2700 asap

Didn't get refund of my failed transaction of ticket booking on 27sept... refund it as soon as possible.. around 4k has been debited by my account and it's been 5 days I haven't got my refund...so plz consider this request and settle this as soon as possible..
