I bear a a/c no.[protected]. on 1st nov 2018 I withdrawn Rs.10000/- from SBI Kiosk Bank through aadaar no. At the the Kiosk showed a failed transaction. Even then the same sum was debited to my a/c.
I made a complaint (written) at the branch and registered a complaint at customer care with complaint no.[protected] dt. 02/11/2018 and even mailed to Grievance Cell on 05/11/2018 and called them at base phone.
Still issue is pending
