Union Bank Of India — fraud & conning o[censored]nion bank atm card with union bank atm machine | |||
Dear sir / madam, With mentioned account no [protected] of my husband on 10th feb 2019 from union bank atm withdraw 500 rs with complete transaction & my atm card from atm after half hour i received msg of bank 10000 withdraw from atm machine as i surprised start dialing customer care no. While taking to customer care once again withdraw of 10000 rs in total 20000 debit from my account without by my atm card. We raise complaint with police station & home branch, as per details from union branch its case o[censored]nion bank atm conning, by using scan, or etc cyber tool, fraud, since its union bank atm machine scanning fraud & leakage of or debit card details claiming refund of rs 20000 to union bank, but bank manager not responding for the same & denying, please take urgent action on this & refund me since we are middle class family with home loan personal loan having too much of impact on my family due to this my money which is lost due to negligence of security o[censored]nion bank atm machine. Otherwise i will take this into media & newspaper. Police will take ther action of finding cyber crime ganag but bank must have to refund customer money. Union bank also have to take strict action of fraudulent transaction using bank atm * scanning of there atm machine. Also i observed along with me other two more customer lodge complaint of atm fraud. Please take corrective action ask bank manager to take corrective action to refund my money. Refund money. Today i was gone to your Mahuva Branch (531383) to deposit Money Amt. of 47390/- but Unfortunately your Staff Declaim to Accept Rs. 500/- in Denomination of 5 Rs. Note. so i want to ask you that why they are not Accept my 5 Rs. Note?
