Union Bank Of India — I haven't received the refund from flipkart | |
On 14 november 2018, i booked an item from flipkart and made its payment online by my debit card, but i returned it because it was not well or unfit. The company sent a message to me that the refund has been made on 29 november 2018 with bank txn id: 5422036466166495804084 and auth code: 066741, but i haven't received the refund yet. The bank's customer care representative is saying that we can't solve this problem but company can. The company's customer care representative is putting this entire problem on bank's shoulder. Nobody is willing and trying to solve this problem in bringing my refund back. Kindly help me to get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |
