Union Bank Of India — irregularities housing loan

I have Housing Loan Account No-[protected] for 11 lakhs repayable in 180 month sanctioned on 24.01.2006 at 8.5% fixed rate. I have made regular EMI of Rs 10826 for 149 months. But the Loan Account is showing outstanding for Rs 589966. I given ALL SANCTION advice in my branch Jamshedpur Main Branch
