Union Bank Of India — Irresponsible behaviour and lack of etiquette of assistant manager allahabad main branch

Dear sir/ madam,

Let me initially introduce myself to you. I am dr. Ashutosh malviya working as an ayurvedic practitioner, aged 58. I am a medical professional working since 35 years with utmost dignity and respect.

I am associated with 5 psu banks in allahabad and my association with union bank is now more than 5 years.

I would have never written this complaint note but since the things have now got on my nerves so i had no option left other than writing this detail.

Today, 27th june 2017 i visited the main branch o[censored]nion bank, allahabad during the morning hours. I was been dealt by mr. Shukla (First name is not known to me).
Please note that i have been in touch with him since last 12 days.

I have a current account from my name, a saving account from my mother's name (Mrs. Kusum malviya), around 4 fixed deposits. I was in touch with mr. Shukla in regards to open a new huf a/c since 15 days.
I have already handed over all my documents to him on 16th june of this month.
I requested him several times on phone and messages to open the same.
Today when i requested him to open the same firstly he told that he will do it today and when i very politely asked that kindly positively do it today as it's been already 12 days and being a medical professional it becomes really difficult for me to follow up again and again. So the response i got was, ' do not count the days! We have other job also just not your job. This is not medicine that i will give instantly, it's a bank job and it will take time! '
Then i asked home to return my form and i do not want to open any account. The response then he gave me, ' i do not have any form go to manager'.

Also note that i have also complaint regarding this to mr. Amit kumar sinha, chief manager.

My question to union bank whose tag line says acche log accha bank, is this the way an assistant manager behaves to their customer! And forget about the behaviour is this the way a bank operates taking 10 to 12 days to open up a huf account.

I really need an answer and a written apology to this before i further proceed with any operational procedures with this bank. If i do not get the response to my complaint i consider that clients and that too hni clients have no respect and importance for the bank.
