Union Bank Of India — kv fee not credited | |||||
Sir/Madam, I have paid the KV fees online for July-September(2018) on[protected]at around 09:10am) of my son who is studying in K.V. Kanchan bagh hyderabad. I have logged into the website " https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/KvFees/ " through chrome browser. After paying the fees of Rs. 2025/- from online Axis bank internet banking the connection of your https secured server got cut. My amount of Rs.2025/- is deducted from my Axis account and credited to INB Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangat . But when I clicked print receipt it is telling me the payment is not made. But when the payment history is clicked it showing that the "Transaction initiated". Can you kindly look into the problem and let me know what to do next? Amount of 199 was deducted from my account for recharge on my Vodafone number but transaction failed and the amount as not being refunded to my bank account paytm show's that the transaction failed but still the amount has not been refunded to my bank account
