Union Bank Of India — loan repayment problem

Dear sir,
Find the following loan details

Sanctioned amount:1, 00, 000,
First installment date-30/04/2018,
Loan period in months:60,
Ledger balance:94, 302.87

I am paying loan since 1 year 1 months without any due amount of interest and principle, after one year paying the principle amount should be 80, 000 but now it showing 94, 000.

Till date i have paid 30, 960
Find the attachment of repaying statement

Bank officials are not responding and one more thing every year insurance amount was deducting how it is possible. From my knowledge only one time insurance will deduct.

Please resolve my issue.
