Dear sir/team ' This is mukesh kumar chaubey from kanpur up, I have done 2 transaction from atm o[censored]nion bank of india situated at kanpur yashoda nagar (Devki nagar) at 6:49 pm and 7pm dated 2jan 2018. Amounting 4500and 500 respectibily. Atm machine counted the money but failed to diapence same amount Both the time and i have got slips saying 'unable to diapence' My amount have been debited from my icici bank account... After that i have raised. Request from icici bank customer care Srn[protected] Srn[protected] Still i have not received my money back from beneficiary bank my service request is pending from 25days.
