Yesterday i swapped my debit card for payment electricity bill. My account no 1434, i live in shahkot distt jalandhar punjab. Yesterday when i swapmy card app 19:09 by account deducted 8722.63 rs but not paid my bill.. How can i recover my amount.. Plz solve my problem.. I mis chance to pay my bill. Now i will be fined. Who is responsible for this..
