Union Bank Of India — Money got deducted twice | |||
Myself Ravinder Gedela having account in Visakhapatnam Lawson's bay colony branch a/c no. [protected]. I have made transaction of 4000 rupees in Andhra Bank Vijayanagar colony branch Hyderabad. But the money got deducted twice 4000 and 4000. I checked with Andhra Bank they are saying it's a problem with Union Bank of India only because their ATM transactions shows only once. So I have contacted Union Bank of India Asif Nagar branch to give a complaint they said because of server problem it might happened. They tried to make a complaint from Asif Nagar branch but unable to make and asked me to contact my branch. Presently I am in Tirupati request Union Bank of India to please look into the matter and make my refund at the earliest of 4000. Kindly do the needful. I made a transaction on book my show for a movie an amount of 616.6 was deducted but the tickets wasn't booked i would like you to refund that money to my account as soon as possible

Wrong transaction issue is promptly resolved by the bank customer care officer @ [protected] and [protected].thanks. Wrong transaction issue cropped up during ATM uses
