Union Bank Of India — no refund, no response only delays over 4 months now | |||
A flight booking transaction failed on paytm app on 23rd march, 2018 but amount of rs. 2643 was deducted from my account. The payment was made through bhim upi application. It's been over four months now i have tried everything possible but no resolution has been made. I have even lodged a written complaint at the branch and multiple times over phone to the customer care executive. The customer care call centre do not pick up the call and are mostly busy.
