Union Bank Of India — regarding refunding of digipurse wallet account balance

Sir,
I had given the request to refund my money of
Rs. 60, 000/- from digi purse wallet. I had started to give the request one year before and now a days its going on.

I was loaded the amount of rs. 5000 each in 12 digipurse wallet accounts
(12*5000 = 60000) by the month of january 2018.
But still i can not use the amount and i was not able to take the amount
Also. I tried so many times to conduct you and the union bank in
Adyar, chennai but till now iam not getting the amount.

My card no. Is[protected]Indus ind bank card, i was loaded the
Digipurse wallet by this card only) and my mail id is : [protected]@publicmail.in & [protected]@gmail.com and pan number is aamps2910f

As per banking staff conversation they are not able to transfer the wallet amount to credit card, hence, i requested them to refund the amount of rs. 60, 000/-

I instruct them to pay the amount to either the indus ind bank credit card no[protected] or to the icici bank savings account
Stated as above...

I already sent mail to digipurse and union bank of india, adyar on 12.01.2018 4.45pm and 22.02.2018 5.56pm and now last three months we are daily walking to union bank of india, adyar. But still now we are not getting proper response from you. They told that "we are not getting reply fro digipurse team"

Some peoples from head office of mumbai told that on 30th of august we will refund the amount. But till now nothing happened. Iam very disappointed with your service.

Kindly take the complaint and do the needful as soon as possible...

Iam already given all the documents to them (Both digipurse and union bank, adyar) including aaadhar, pan and my transaction with digipurse...
