Union Bank Of India — payment failed / transaction failed

Hi, on 27/12/2018 at 1:41pm i made a transaction of 1000 rupees by using debit card at merchant website (paytm) but somehow transaction was failed and money is deducted from my account I've lodged complaint on union Bank website 3 times and contacted their customers care 5 times i also wrote 2 mails at [protected]@unionbankofindia.com
Still 1 month passed and i didn't got any reply or refund amount please return my money immediately.

नमस्कार सर मेरा नाम प्रकाश चौधरी है मेरा खाता सोजक्त सिटी ब्रांच में लेकिन इस ब्रांच के स्टाफ को ग्राहक के साथ बात करने तरीका बिल्कुल सही नही है बात करने का तमीज बिल्कुल नई है
