[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — Problem with KV fees online for July-September 2015

Sir/Madam, I have paid the KV fees online for July-September(2015) on[protected]at around 07:10pm) of my son who is studying in K.V. IISc, Bangalore. I have logged into the website " https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/KvFees/ " through Mozilla Firefox browser. After paying the fees of Rs. 3000/- from online SBI, the connection of your https secured server got cut. My amount of Rs.3000/- is deducted from my SBI account and credited to INB Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangat BILL_KVSAN Payments (Ref:[protected] . But when I clicked print receipt it is telling me the payment is not made. But when the payment history is clicked it showing that the "Transaction initiated". Can you kindly look into the problem and let me know what to do next?
