Union Bank Of India — refund from amazon is not credited

With due respect, i would like to state that i 'vipul ranjan kaushik' is a customer of your illustrious bank with account no[protected]. Rs. 4444 is refunded back to my account [protected] by amazon on 26th of july 2018 with reference no.[protected] but the amount is not credited in my account yet. I lodged the complaint regarding that with complaint no.[protected] but it also not proceeds yet. Please look the problem and proceed for the further. Thank you
