Sir I have used union bank of india internet banking for amazon shopping a ram which price is rs-1999 to 12 july 2018 my acount no is [protected]. Amzon has refund process and give a mail.in this mail refrence no is 91407357 to. I claim this matter to ubi customer care and branch manager many time but no responce for last 45 days.
