Hello sir, i had made a transaction of 9998rs on amazon.in but my order was cancelled by amazon on the date 31/07/2018, i talked to amazon customer care and they said that your refund regarding this purchase has been initiated on 31/07/2018 and it would be credited to your acc by 07/08/2018. But nothing happened they said you have to contact your bank. I have called ubi customer for many times but my problem is not resolved yet i had filed a complaint also but nothing happened yet. Amazon customer care provided me a ref no.
