Union Bank Of India — regarding amount credited to another accounted due to online server fault

Dear sir,

I am santosh kumar sen, ubi. Sb a/c no.[protected], civil line satna mp, amount transfer though internet banking on dtd.13.12.2018 to rgpv polytechnic rs.10030.00 transaction id s70071653, but online ubi. Server mistake, amount transfer to other account.
I complained to the bank, the bank also mailed but my money has not returned yet.
