My name is (Pratibha limma) and I had ordered a product of RS.8350 product name yamaha psr f51in Amazon on (Date of Purchase on amazon 2/2/2021 & I cancel this order due to personal reason. And on Refund initiation date 3/2/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number RRN(30005410351033103960802) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank of India doesn't have such policy.
