Respected sir/ madam, I am arun kumar verma a/c no. [protected], university branch barelly utter pradesh, i have requested on date 20.04.2017 for transfer to vapar bihar branch bilaspur chhattisgarh through bank email and waited there, after that once again i have requested to transfer the same account to u. B. I. Babhnan branch utter pradesh on dt.31.8.17. But i haven't got any response and i am unable to maintain this account in that branch therefore i am losing my gas subsade. Union bank will be responsible to lost this gas subsade, one more surprising thing is that there is not any responsable office that pick up phone i am trying last 3 months contineusly but got fail. Therefore i have a request that close my account and send an d. D.
