Union Bank Of India — unable to make upi pin

Address:843,SHIVPURI GALI- 4,5,6,VIJAY NAGAR, GHAZIABAD,NEAR KRISHNA INTER COLLEGE, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201009

I am trying to make upi pin using my debit cards details but every it show an error message that invalid cards details.
Because of which i am not able to make upi pin.

I am providing correct card details but it always show wrong card details.
I have been contacted customer care and bank branch but they did not help me on this matter.
Please help me in this issue.
