Dear sir/madam, I am Deepak Kumar applied for civil services 2017 with registration ID [protected] for civil services (Preliminary) examination ­2017
I had paid my examination fee on[protected] by master debit card but due to some reason the transaction was done 2 times and deducted a sum of 200 from my card
Please check over that and revert me about that.

UPSC returns the excess fees which was deducted twice by technical problem but no mail sent by them to me about the resolution of complaint.
