Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — aadhaar not received.

I registered for adhaar vide 0635/11716/05876 on 29/10/18 and on 28/11/18 vide 2102/10305/54445 for my adhaar number[protected] but adhaar not received. Kindly despatch. Name purushotam vill sirsma kurukshetra. Earlier i received my adhaar no[protected] but it was lost. I applied for reissue on two occasions as mentioned above but no adhaar has been received by me. I reside in village. I need hard copy.
