A aadhar enrollement centre in balija street of pileru town in chittoor district, andhrapradesh. The person working in that centre demanding rs 300 for mobile num updation. On bargaining they reduced to 150rs. Some people in the village areas are not aware of charghes so that they are suffering in paying.
