Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — non receipt o[censored]pdated aadhar card

I had submitted my application for change of address for aadhar card in july 2018 at the sarat bose road po kolkata 700029.. Aadhar card details as per the new address was generated on 9th july 2018. As on till (5th december 2018) i havent received my updated aadhar card with the change of address from uidai.

I have done my daughter's Aadhaar registration. But, I didn't get the name in regional language in aadhaar card. Due to this issue I am unable to add her name in ration card.

Please let me know the reason solution for this issue.
