Unique Products International India Mart — Follow up to failure to supply samples paid for

After an initial complaint I attempted to resolve this with Mr. Ali from Unique Products. He promised the samples would ship last week, of course that did not happen! Then after asking for the money I had paid back, he emailed with more excuses. Since that time I have heard nothing. I have exhausted my patience with this small order but feel not only has he let his company down (if in fact it exists) but also unfortunately, made us hesitant to do business in India due to his dishonesty. I am putting full details below of his company etc. and urge people NOT to do business with this person
