I am an existing customer of tata sky, yesterday a executive came in with set-up box updation. After couple of benefits she told to upgrade with a buy back plan which costed me for 2259-/.
But when i check currently i am having an hd connection itself so there was no need o[censored]pgradation. This might be negligence or intentional done in order to achieve sales goal.

My concern is please do cancle out the upgrade and do refund via same medium. Consider this an thug approach by sales personal since she was aware which kind of setup box i was having.
