Unisyn Enterprise — misguided selling

I am jignesh h. Derasari from vadodara - gujarat.

Yesterday, a representative from unisyn enterprises has contacted me at my home for a new tata sky connection. I am using videocon d2h at present.

I was conveyed below information and confirmation for applying for new connection,

1. The current remaining balance of inr 2, 400 with videocon d2h account will be carried forward to new tatasky connection.

2. The current set top box, remote and dish will be taken by technician who fixes new tatasky connection and inr 1000 for the same will be added into my new tatasky connection. So as the balance of inr 3, 400 is recharged into my new tatasky account.

3. As i am only prefer to watch hd channels, i was told that all hindi entertainment, all hindi movies, all news, all sports in hd, all hd infotainment, all kids channels will be there in the pack costing inr 340 /- per month including gst. But i observed no such package on tata sky website.

4. I was promised that 10 years of free upgrade with lifetime zero fees technical assistance will be there. Is it true?

Is it a wrong saling case? So please look into it as paid inr 2, 259.0/- for the new connection via paytm.

If any of above information is not right or not true, please cancel the new connection request and kindly refund the payment made for the same.
